Training Information
SKYWARN
Training Class Scheduled for September 19th
A Skywarn
Spotter Class will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 10 a.m.
Location will be at the Ouachita Parish Fire Training Center, 1000
New Natchitoches Road in West Monroe, LA. This class is free and
open to anyone wishing to volunteer as a severe weather spotter
for the National Weather Service. Ham Radio Operators, first reponders,
and emergency management personnel are encouraged to attend this
valuable training opportunity.
